"or the same atmosphere, universe, or even stars. come on you believe in all that space shit. even the impossible stuff. why can't you believe in us being friends Fairrah"

I was watching him a little searching for the joke but none leave his eye. I shrug him over playfully shoving his shoulder catching a smile back. I look back at the stars sparkling over us pulling in my forever gaze.

As I gaze up at the night sky, the stars and the moon seem to be near, as if they are within arm's reach. However, the reality is that they are separated by vast distances, much like many things in life. The truth can sometimes be elusive, and it can be challenging to discern what is truly close to us. I can't describe the feeling of being alone, but I can show you. It's like the world we are always with people around us, no matter what we do. Yet the tiniest feeling of loneliness lingers. Are we that far apart, or maybe we are just like the stars trying to reach a moon, yet never coming close enough? I wish this was all so easy, but I know that even the biggest things are always hard to find. The journey of friendship is like a never-ending circle, yet it can come to an end in one fell swoop. I kept looking for my moon, yet it was always staring right at me, shining and showing me the way through these dark days. I'm barely a star, yet the moon warms my heart.
