Too Cold Outside for Angels

In already one of the most confusing times of a girl's life, Ryan "Penny" Mannion has to deal with the loss of her sister, Rachel, to a drug overdose. While Penny becomes more elusive, her parents begin to question if she's following in Rachel's footsteps. But everything turns upside down when she begins to get visits from a mysterious stranger only she seems able to see.
