Directionators and Directioners: terms known well in the fan fiction, tumblr, twitter, and internet world. Those are the two distinct groups surrounding One Direction, but Marissa isn't either of those. Marissa is a Direction Hater. She can't stand to listen to their music, and she doesn't understand the hype surrounding the boys. They, afterall to Marissa, are just a phase the girls are going through. Within a months time Mariss thinks the crazed phase will pass, and everyone will be back to normal. After arriving at school one day, she is appalled to see that the boys are hosting a signing and concert on the last day of school at her school. Her best friend Bethany, is a senior and obsessed with One Direction, along with most of every other girl in the school. Marissa is sucked in by her best friend to help her with scrapbooks, and T-shirts for the last day of school. Bethany even persuades Marissa to go to the signing with her. During all the bustle, the boys take notice of Marissa, especially Niall. The boys try to make conversation with her, but she doesn't let them into her life. The boys are beyond confused. Most girls, fans or not, usually will talk to them or just say hi. The boys brush it off, but Niall doesn't. There is something different about this girl, something he's never seen before, and he's determined to get her to accept him and the band into her life. Zayn usually isn't one to cause problems, but he isn't letting his dream girl get away that easily, so he comes up with a breakup plan. Will it work? Or will Amelie leave Zayn heartbroken?

I honestly can't really cope with Liams passing so I'm writing a fanfic. This is my way of keeping Liam alive. The idea of the book is one that I pulled from an old unpublished fanfic I wrote in 2014. The idea was to travel back in time to be with one direction, which now seems something I want to do more than ever. I'll tell you now that I decided the main character will travel back from a time where Liam was still alive so she doesn't have to deal with knowing when he'll pass away. Just to keep everything light and fun. Disclaimer I'll publish as I go so sorry if you have to wait for the next chapter, but I'm uploading every other day. Normally I wouldn't publish my writing I'm too much of a perfectionist to share stuff like this but grieving alone really sucks so I'm just hoping us directioners can find comfort within each other. I'll try my best to include many personal details and events about the boys into the book but I have to leave some room for creative writing. I'm also just grieving and hurting so please let's be kind to one another.

The way her American accent blends in with her awkwardness and sassiness is attractive. And it's also funny because Niall hasn't taken his eyes off her the whole time. Mission accepted. Niall and Summer. LIAM: I look at him with a smirk on my face. He furrows his eyebrows at me. "What?" "Summer will be here soon and with all of us busy with our interviews. I thought Niall could occupy her." Zayn squints his eyes at me and comes right up in my face. "What?" I back up laughing a bit. He backs off. "You're quite the mastermind." He gives me a nod of approval. SUMMER: Man, how are we living in a world where a normal teenage girl can't fangirl anytime and anywhere? This sucks. Please forgive the minor bad fanfic moments, such as where they meet, falling in love in a short period of time, and a couple of small character cliches.
