Cipher academy a school for users

Users are magical beings they wield elemental magic.

The highest rank is a long line of users they are able to use all elemental magic but, only specialize in one which is their birth right most go to cipher academy but, you could always go to glacia's user academy or just not fulfill the bloodline at all.

Second ranking is being a halfling users (sometimes reffered as halfies or half pure) they are able to use most yet their are a few in which case sometimes the child is. Born without the user magic.

Lowest ranking is well you know your the first in the family to be a user and only know the basic four elemental magic which are earth,air,water, and fire.

Fire and Frost elementals are kept apart since they can potentially kill each other from a touch. Though, when the Academy is attacked, it forces the officials to have the students work together to become more powerful as one. Forcing the fire and water elementals to interact.
