Do you think this is cheating when I'm here?

"Great, I can't believe this happen to me.... The names Ember Milles and right now I died..... from saving a girl from psycho father when I managed to reach the police station. I started to beat the heck out of him, but he had a gun and well shot me while I managed to protect the girl. Police heard it and ran out, the psycho father ran away but the police dogs, The police officers caught and arrested him and put him to jail.

I was in this endless dark place, until I have met someone that I don't knew who he was until he said " Hello Ember, I'm Chydur, the god of reincarnation, I'll grant you another life but not at the world you were born in. I will give you on what you need. Normally I don't do this, but seeing you do this, I give you another chance. So Ember, do you accept?" His hand was out

Ember thought of this. Then after of moments of her own thought, she rose from where she was laying down. She reached out, her hand with hers and said " Yes, I accept"
