Lucy Altaria is dubbed as the most violent person in school. She's the type of girl who believes that talks are useless and using your fists will always be the easy way out. Prone to trouble and friendless, she's the total opposite of her twin brother, Lars, who was nice and timid in nature. However, this difference never shook their familial love for each other.

Things took an unbelievable turn when Lars got himself into an accident, rendering him to a comatose state. His condition was not getting any better, and Lucy was starting to lose faith on her brother. Since the unfortunate accident, her life was filled with nothing but sadness and longing.

Not until she overheard a visitor confessing an unrequited love to her unconscious brother. To make things worse, it was a male batchmate.
