18 year old Brett left everything behind, a price he had to pay for his freedom. To the inattentive eye, Brett had everything going great for him. He had a loving and caring family, a beautiful girlfriend and the most supportive friends, nothing was wrong, so why did he leave?
Little did they know that Brett subjected himself to purgatory, his pain was never ending, though inconspicuous to a passer-by, Brett was exhausted.
So he left.
But before he did, he wrote a letter.

CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace.
