Dallas Franklin is out of it. She is slightly OCD, socially awkward, has only one best friend, and her life pretty much resolves around Nerdfighteria. So when Austin von Thalberg starts trying to talk with her, her first reaction is to run the other way. But the boy is persistent, and he's also a nerdfighter-the only two things Dallas can hardly fight against.
