Afterwards, Cas (and the demon) leave Dean with only his thoughts. And Dean being who he with the alcohol, gets drunk to try and forget what happened. Then Cas comes back and can dean fix it?

He remembers nothing about Sam or Dean or even himself for that matter, but something is itching at the wall in the back of his head trying to break through, it wants to get out but can't. He gets fragments of things every so often but they are of pain and torture and a redhead he doesn't know the name of.
