On a modern day Earth dominated by magic, Alexander Wright prepares to finish his last year of training at Avondale Academy and looks towards participating in the Legion Trials to determine the strongest student in his class, as well as determine the heir to the most powerful branch of the Ares Magica Order.

Alexander expects the trials to be an afterthought, but after picking his legionnaire for the trials, his family paints him as a traitor for choosing a non-noble legionnaire to assist him in the grueling trials.

Elizabeth Martin, on the other hand, has managed to fly under the radar at the academy and therefore escaped practically all attention from fellow classmates.

That is until the best student the Academy has ever seen picks his longtime friend as his legionnaire and the nobles of the Wright family begin to throw hate towards her just as fast as they call their own family member a traitor.

Will the pair collapse under the wrath of their new found haters or will they come out stronger?

It has been stuck in my head as a huge romance lover as i had imagined myself as the main character and fantasized what it would be like to be put in the story and I'm using this platform to be able to have it on paper) My grammar might not be the best but sense I'm putting the effort into typing it all out I figured I should post it for others to read aswell. Al stands there wordlessly. Ed blinks away his tears, determination set in his eyes. "She's gone, Al, but I won't allow that. It's not a fair equivalent exchange." Ed looks up at Al. "We're going to bring her back." ~ Something weird is up. Your powerful alchemy powers were admired all through the land, and yet no one seems to know what alchemy is. That is, until you meet Edward Elric and his brother, Alphonse Elric. The two are fascinated yet understanding of your powers, and Ed is able to teach you some alchemy, though he won't tell you how he knows. Through many hardships with the Elric brothers, you begin to grow close to them, and even start to fall for Al, but he doesn't feel the same. Ed, though, falls for you, and you couldn't help but feel bad. You don't realize how you feel about him. That is, until Ed sacrifices the most important thing to him to be able to keep you by his side. ************ This story is based on the original FMA series after the Conqueror of Shamballa movie.
