My alarm rings, but I switch it off and ignore it. I don't see the point in getting up or doing things or....... living, I mean I've got nothing and no one to live for anyway. Only she can help me, only she can bring me back, but I lost her a while ago...
Gale is still thinking about Katniss, 2 years after he left District 12 to go to 2. Here, he has a good job and good friends, but he still misses everyone, especially her.
In this fanfiction, I write about what I think might have happened to him after the war and the next few years of his life.

The Runaways
What if Katniss and her family, Gale and his family, and Peeta and his brother ran away from District Twelve after the Victory Tour? For this fic to be plausible, we need to assume: Katniss is 'selfish' enough to choose her own safety over that of other people (which she isn't because she's awesome). Gale doesn't know about the uprising in 8. Peeta tried to get his family to come too but only got his brother to agree, and he is okay with this. Haymitch doesn't do anything to stop them. President Snow has not electrified the fence (but let's assume he did electrify it that one time) and has no cameras in the woods. So if we can accept all of this, let's do it!Complete

Gale: A Hunger Games Story
"And Gale. I know him. He won't be shouting and cheering. But he'll be watching, every moment, every twist and turn, and willing me to come home." - Katniss Everdeen, The Hunger Games Katniss Everdeen is fighting for her life in the 74th Annual Hunger Games. We know her story. But have you ever wondered what it was like on the home front, in District 12? This story is Gale's, his outlook on the games, his feelings about his best friend's situation, and his interactions with the people of District 12. The story is set during the time period of "The Hunger Games" (book one of the trilogy). It is written from the perspective of Gale Hawthorne, and does not concern any events in books two and three. This is my first fan fiction, my first "real" attempt at long form prose writing, and my first Wattpad story. I appreciate constructive feedback, but please, no hate. While the characters and some plot points are based off of Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games Trilogy, (which I in no way own the rights to) I have created this story using my own imagination. Please do not attempt to recreate it in any form. Additionally, if ideas in this work are similar to that of other writings, it is purely coincidental and I apologize deeply for any inconvenience. Please comment if you enjoy! Happy reading!!!Complete

Escape {Gale and Katniss fanfiction}
Two years have past since the war and Katniss' life is still in ruins. With the realisation of having fake feelings towards Peeta she's missed Gale more than ever. After Gale makes a surprise return to District 12 he's whisked away, by none other than the Capitol. Is there enough time to save him, as well as her friends? "Welcome to the 76th Hunger Games and may the odds be ever in your favour." / / Recommended for younger teens as the storyline is pretty basic, please excuse my 13 y/o self writing style :")Complete

Arrows in the Dark
When I was eleven. My whole world changed. Katniss' dad died in a mining accident. You think it wouldn't affect me but I loved him just as much as Katniss did. Maybe even more than I loved my own father. I felt bad, that my own dad couldn't compare to Katniss'. He loved me too though. Loved me like his own. The day he died was the first in a long line of times I have ever seen Katniss cry. She never cried before then but she cried a lot after. Katniss' mother was suppose to get a job after his passing, she didn't. They were starving, dying. I decided to help. After school I would drag Katniss into the woods by her feet. We'd never gone in there without her father. It seemed like a scarier place without him. After some time it wasn't so scary. I don't know what made me volunteer for Katniss. When I heard her name echo throughout the crowd my heart stopped. It wasn't my name, but it was my best friends. There was no way she could survive in there. She had a family, a sister to take care of. I thought my parents could live without me. The name Effie called next was the only name I prayed and prayed I would never hear her say. Peeta Mellark. My name is Catora Melane and I'm in 74th Annual Hunger Games. Hunger games Fanfic Peeta Fanfic #1 Arrows in the Dark #2 Blaze #3 HijackedComplete
After The Games
I WOULD LIKE TO SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR HOW BAD THIS FANFIC IS. I WROTE IT YEARS AGO. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK IT IS LITERALLY SO CRINGY The games have happened. Katniss and Peeta have come back to district twelve. They have only just turned seventeen so they still have one more year at high school. Peeta and katniss are now friends and Peeta has gotten over the things Katniss did in the arena, but has Katniss? Will she figure out that she loves Gale or Peeta? How do people react to the victors in the school? B.t.w Gale works in the mines already.Complete
"The Time We Lost," Hunger Games Fanfiction--- Katniss x (female)self-insert
5 years ago, the 70th Hunger Games arena had been flooded by a giant earthquake, breaking the dam that was placed in the center. Almost every tribute had drowned besides the obvious victor, Annie Cresta, and the survivor that had gone missing, Gale's little sister [........] Hawthorne After her impossible escape from death, she embarks on a mission to be reunited this the girl she had loved and left behind-- a one-sided love- Katniss Everdeen. Throughout the story, she realizes that from her going missing for so long, the relationship she had built with Katniss had been long in the past, and she had been replaced with her brother, Gale, and Katniss's new admirer, Peeta Mellark. Follow as the story takes you into how everything they had became just a memory and their attempt to rebuild the relationship [.......] always wanted. Authors Note: I tried to make this story as book accurate as possible, but of course with their being a new leading character added, the story will not follow it directly. I did this on purpose. There are also head canons in this because of another character. Most important, this is a lesbian based fan fiction. I am not claiming Katniss's sexuality whatsoever, in fact, in the story, it is obvious that the insert character's love is completely one sided. This story can take on some adult themes and language, like the original trilogy does, so please be aware of that. I hope you enjoy the fanfic and please leave some likes and comments down if you enjoyed it or want to give an opinion of what you think would've happened. ♥️ !I do not own the characters ;)! I also made the cover 😘Complete
