Zai Bonni Fenluan, a woman of European and Oriental decent, was born and raised in Violet Valley, California. This relatively large city sits deep within the desert, quite close to the U.S. Mexico border.

With the underworld as active as ever citizens of Violet Valley are bound to wind up in a mess of gang, mafia or cartel troubles. One woman in particular, Dr. Fenluan, gets tied up within a territory dispute between the local mafia and cartel. A rather unfavorable position at that.

Having her own dealings with the Cartel complicates things further. Especially when she meets the head of the Mafia. A man who wasn't aware of her cartel ties until he already became rather interested in her.

With a mafia boss on her tail and a mixture of complicated family troubles what is Zai to do? What would she do when a ghost of her dark past suddenly shows up once more? One that she had hoped was gone forever, a reminder of her painful struggles.

She would, of course, fight like no other. With a will as fierce as a wolf and a determination as strong as steel she will forge her path in whichever way she sees fit.
