When Blake was just a girl, her parents were brutally murdered by the Black Organization member, Gin, who at the time was just starting out. The reason you ask? Her parents were stealing money from the very organization. Before their deaths, they learned all they could on the organization and placed it into a safety deposit box meant to be opened by Blake on her twenty-first birthday. Six months before the birthday, on a stormy night, Blake is shopping after working late. A murderer being chased by the FBI enters the store and notices Blake in the store. Avoiding the cameras, he begins going after her. But his plan to kill Blake is easily foiled by FBI agent, Shuichi Akai who uses his own body to cover Blake from shots while he quickly takes down the assailant. It is on that stormy night that their mission to take down the Black Organization begins.
