Sophomore year of high school was supposed to go smoothly for Solomon (Solly) Dolmer. He wouldn't do drugs, he wouldn't miss school, he wouldn't get in trouble, and he wouldn't fantasize about boys, no matter how much he wanted to. This was the mantra that Solly played in his head every-night before waking up and doing it all over again. It was always the "last" night or the "last" time until he meets Jamie and then suddenly his world is full of firsts.
James (Jamie) Melone only had one job to do according to his brother Daniel, sell at school with out being caught and keep a low profile. Said profile was first in danger the moment he tumbled onto Solly and suddenly didn't mind being in the spotlight as long as Solly was there next to him.
The only problem is....Jamie's abusive older brother and troublesome lifestyle, Solly's lack of parental guidance and habit of making negative impulsive choices, and the fact that neither one of them really have enough of their shit together to actually do anything about these problems.
