Lightning McQueen took that risk for the Piston Cup races but ended up in Radiator Springs when running against The King and Chick Hicks in Florida. Will McQueen make it to LA, California, or stay in Radiator Springs? Why did McQueen take a risk to race, and why does Chick Hicks believe McQueen is hiding something?

But while Lightning and the crew was traveling to California for the dispute of the final race of the Piston Cup racing season against The King and Chick Hicks, Mcqueen and the gang accidentally damage the road of the small town called Radiator Springs, and the two are sentenced to repair it. Lightning McQueen and the gang have to work hard and find friendship and even love in the simple locals of Radiator Springs, changing its values during their stay in the small town, and becoming a true winner, and telling us that there's more to the race than just the finish line.

But Jackson Storm also joins the competition to try beat McQueen and Cruz and prove himself he is still the best rookie racer. However, Sterling and Chick Hicks have plans in their wheels against them with the former owner/CEO of Rust-eze planning to have McQueen out of the race and force him to retire in the race after he denied the marketing campaign offer while the arrogant HtB racer and rival of McQueen has also plans of taking McQueen out but also to Jackson Storm secretly. Join Lightning McQueen and his friends in their racing journey as they return to race in the track. Could Jackson Storm learn the true meaning of sportsmanship more than winning and fame? Lightning McQueen - The name known across the country. You can't forget his name and he wouldn't let you if you tried. The debonair and mercilessly handsome up-and-coming rookie racer, Lightning, is aiming for the stars and not backing down. While some might say his pride and flamboyance are a hindrance to his racing he only sees them as strengths, meant to propel him to the top. But after an astonishing three-way tie at the Piston Cup race, he has to push himself to prove his worth. But things don't go according to plan. A crazy night out with his friends, an old rickety town forgotten by Hell itself, and a whole bunch of legally binding repairs stops this racer in his tracks. He must find a way to get free and back into training. He has a race to get to and a spotlight to catch - he simply WILL NOT let himself be forgotten...Not like this 'almost dust' town on Highway 66. *** This story is 'human-bent' all characters have been turned human and in order to make that possible a lot of things have been altered and some scenes changed to accommodate that. You'll also find that I added some completely new scenes - some to deepen characterization and others I added just because I like them from other movies (i.e. Cars 3). *** Obviously I own none of these characters (at least not in their car form;) and most of the plot line and dialogue, all those props go to Disney & Pixar.
