Madelyn Beaumont is a popular actress and amateur ghost hunter. She decides to take a break from the lime light and escape to a secluded cabin in the woods. As a passionate ghost hunter in real life, she's eager to get away from it all and go for a peaceful retreat away from the pressures of her careers and the constant cameras. However, upon arrival, there is a mix-up booking to her assigned cabin, who happens to have another fellow ghost hunter named Sam Golbach, who's also on a vacation and a break from his career.
Sam an adventure seeking ghost hunter has grown tired of constantly being busy that's he's so very used to, so he looks forward to a well-deserved break and vacation away from it all, he hopes to relax in the remote cabin. At first, both of them are annoyed by the inconvenience, but their shared love for the paranormal sparks and unexpected connection. As they spend time together and get to know each other, strange things start to happen and unexplainable events start occurring in the cabin- footsteps, whispers and flickering lights pulling them both into an investigation they haven't planned on.
As they work together to discover about the paranormal activity and the truth behind the haunting, their chemistry deepens between them. what begins as a partnership soon begins to blossom into something more as they share their pasts, their dreams and their fears, etc. the haunting of the cabin becomes the backdrop of a growing romance. soon, their connection isn't based on just ghosts but about each other.
By the end of their stay, not only have that solved the mystery of the haunting, but they've also had something more unexpected - love. Will they take a chance on starting a relationship that started in the most unlikely of places?
