"The Gate! The Gate's been shut off!" Someone cried over the crowd. Suddenly, panic ripped through the atmosphere.
"My home is over there!" A voice shouted.
"How will I see my family again?" More words began to pile atop the first, and suddenly, mass hysteria took hold.
The Gates have been connecting galaxies for hundreds of years, giving access to all the Universe has to offer. Industry expanded, trade erupted from a single solar system, and Earth was centered in the midst of it all.
Suddenly, the Gates start shutting down, and no one knows why. Travel takes too long, and the without the Gates, races from across the Universe are stuck on Earth.
The fate of the galaxies is suddenly placed in the hands of a diverse, chaotic group of engineers, brought together only by an intergalactic crisis.
Now with the balance of many worlds at stake, it is up to them to fix the problem and bring normality back to people.
But can they learn to work in harmony and accept their differences, or will the galaxies be plunged into darkness?

Maxine is an 18-year-old girl who is bored and lonely, living in California in the year 2351. She's always been fascinated with how humans used to live in houses, drive cars, and the fact that there used to be forests and parks everywhere. Now, after a war that nearly erased humanity, people are forced to live a strict, dull, communist lifestyle. Everyone seems okay with this way of life. Everyone except Maxine. Maxine had always been special; she was often able to predict events. How? She didn't exactly know...yet. When she starts having dreams about a tropical island where people live as they did in the 21st century, she meets the man of her dreams: literally. Her new boiling emotions bring her to wonder...what if it's a real place? When she starts her search for the island and bumps into Elis-the man in her dreams-she suddenly knows it wasn't all just a making of her imagination. Finding that island could mean finding the answers to her burning questions, and maybe even answers to questions she didn't know she had. However, not everything is what she thought it would be when she finally finds the island, and her dreams become a harsh reality. Elis turns out to be someone else, and when another man swoops in every time Maxine is in danger, she becomes confused about what love really is. The Advisors, the ten women governing the world, want to assimilate the people of the island, not knowing that those people have an extreme advantage over them. The Flight To Death
A plane which went missing twenty six years back has suddenly come back from nowhere. Read on to find out where it was, and what happened to the passengers in the plane. The plot focuses on a family of four who were in the plane, and the chilling experiences they have after the plane went missing, their struggles for survival in a place they don't know and lots more. Readers are the motivation for writers to give bigger and better content. After being convicted of a murder she didnt commit alita is left stranded on the hostile world filled with carnivorous plants, ruthless criminals, hostile natives, and bloodthirsty monsters. She comes to realize the world isnt as unforgiving and cold as it seems. She's saved by a native who dislikes humans as much as the next guy but shes intent on sticking by his side in order to survive. The only issue being is the last thing he wants is a pathetic, weak human girl following him around. (Limited time only read!)
