With abusive parents who have drug and alcohol addictions, the life of 15 year old Sam isn't perfect. Her and her 17 year old brother, Ryan, depend mostly on each other. Sam tries to stay out of the house as much as possible. Sam's drug problems aren't confrunted when her boyfriend, Aaron, does the same. Her best friend, Cameron, cares for and protects Sam as much as he can, but when Sam gets in big trouble, will Cameron be able to help her out of it? When something happens to Aaron, will the cops believe her story?
