'The other boy'
Jonah looked at the label on the door. then he heard a faint crying from within the room.
"Don't go in there," a little voice chimed behind him as jonah reached for the doorknob to the small door. He turned and saw a tiny boy standing behind him.
"Why?"
"That's the other boy. He has no other name. Well, he used too, but after some recent events the society marked him as 'other,'" the boy explained and it hit a place inside of Jonah he didn't even know existed.
"What recent events?" Jonah asked, watching as the boy shuffled, looking around Jonah in the hallway. Finally, he spoke up and Jonah barely caught the small whisper.
"He tried to kill himself."

Once Caleb reached the bottom of the stairs he quietly opened the door and tiredly switched on the light "Jayden it isn't morning yet buddy you need to-" he froze in place staring at a man he didn't know standing in his living room.
