My "happy path" version...
Bear with me through some of the chapters as I don't always deviate too much from the show. Maybe half way through the 3rd part is where I start to diverge, then I go back & forth to following the show pretty closely, then diverging again. I really liked some of the scenes/ writing on the show, so kept a lot of that as is, and just tried to 'fix' stuff I didn't like as much. :)

This is a rather odd story, methinks, and probably the nerdiest tale about supernatural TTT that you've ever read. However, due to lack of enough time for now on my part, this third edition of it is still very incomplete and in need of much expansion and revision; I've written it in great haste and still haven't managed to get in much of the stuff which I'd wanted to. I *may* expand this my work greatly and do away with possible errors when I write future editions. In the meantime, I hope that this humble third edition reaches its goal as best it can and you enjoy it and learn from it. Speaking of you learning from me, I'd also like to learn from you: what you think of my work and my ideas which I've expressed or hinted at therein, what you think of the arguments put forth in it, and of any other constructive points you'd like to make about it. I'd welcome any well-meant feedback, so feel free to add well-intentioned comments. Erkenci Kuş: Broken Promises
Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!Complete

After watching it a hundred times with spanish and english subtitles and after reading so many fantastic fanfiction stories here on Wattpad, I wanted to give my own story a try. Mostly is about to try to understand how deep their feelings got for each other in a very short time, how bad jealousy can be, how it can hurt and how it can make a person act. I am quite romantic, so a happy ending is a must! And some sex as well, (as sex was not needed in EK but would have been appreciated, for sure) at least I will give it a try. =) My story is definitely not so conservative as EK, characters are not being so traditional, it's about a more modern lifestyle. My first fanfiction, so please, have that in mind! I am not english, but will do my best to use a correct english.
