Did you know that panic is contagious?
I didn't until now?

Did you know that the human heart pumps two thousand gallons of blood each day throughout your entire body?
I never knew until the floor was covered in it.

I wouldn't have believe it either if I wasn't where I am. Silently viewing the unmistakable crimson pools of bodily fluid spill onto the floor panes.

Aspen Ryker never considered herself a hero, always trying to maintain an 'under the radar' existence in her mediocre school but following an incident where she saves Brittany Hanson, the head Cheerleader she inadvertently makes her worst nightmare a reality.

She is no longer invisible in the social hierarchy at Lake Hurst High.

Crap.

What else can happen?

Brittany's "clique" starts to swarm around her like gossip hungry bees attracted to scandalous honey and she manages to drag Mr and Mrs Hanson into the thick of things.

Let's just say the moment you think 'nothing else can go wrong' it will inevitably go wrong!

Unless a silver lining presents itself, in the name of Anthony Hanson.

Then maybe... saving someones life isn't all that bad
