Hajime Hinata's least favorite fictional character comes to life, as absurd as that may seem. And to make matters even worse, that character has vowed their life - their entire existence - into protecting Hajime.
Warning: Lots of fluff and some scenes with blood. Also, I wrote this back in January of 2019 so the writing, in general, is rather gruesome. *cringes*

Nagito is on the last straw. He fell in love with a boy named Hajime Hinata while being confined in an island where everyone there are forced to kill each other if they want to leave. But Nagito doesn't know what to do. Hajime is always giving him mixed signs, and he's not sure what to tell him anymore. Will he end up finding a way to break the laws of friendship, or will he break himself in the process? Hajime is a man who has been questioning a lot of things recently, and it's all because of a guy named Nagito Komeda. Ever since Hajime has met him, all he can do is question himself and the world around him. After all, what else are you supposed to do when the guy you were closest with turns out to be a crazy maniac that has so many obsessions that it's overwhelming? But just as he realizes how he really feels, reality is swept away from him. What is he supposed to do now? Should he try and stick with Nagito, or should he try to ignore him and move on? Komaeda's fondness of Hinata-kun was of a close resemblance to his obsession with hope. Until his sleeping mind showed him his true desire. The dream revealed longing for Hinata-kun, yearn for him to finally see him, not as he sees himself, but as Hinata-kun sees him. In the dream, Komaeda was doing something stupid--like usual--teasing Hinata-kun and scaring others away from him with his poor social skills. Komaeda then spots a small yellow flower beside Hinata-kun's cottage. After picking it, he walks to Hinata-kun, holds the flower to him, and smiles. "A kind flower for a kind boy." he said.
