Before she can even recover from the shock, she's thrust into a war that she hadn't even known existed. Loyalties will be tested. She'll have to choose sides between all of the people she's come to care about. Will she stand with her family, her new friends, or the two boys who both hold a piece of her heart? One thing is for sure. She'll have to let go of her dream of 'normal.'

Rules are stated that if a human finds out about you, you must kill that human. Somehow he couldn't do it, though this girl is rude to him, she doesn't believe him, so there would be no point. The day after an ordeal happens which causes Dazod to have to stay in the human dimension and having to protect Esme... even if he didn't want to at first. She stumbled and tried to hold onto something. After seconds the dizziness was gone. It felt like an ordinary day. Same boring quick breakfast, same roads, same places. Even the way back home was the same. But something felt off. Like something was missing. She thought of her dream. She barely remembered anything. All that she remembered was a man in a fedora. She took the turn and stared at the big wall. Her heart started to beat fast. She was sure there was a graffiti on that wall. It was gone. She asked the first person she saw on the street if there once was a graffiti there. The answer was no. Maby it was some other wall. What a weird day, she thought. Little did she know she had already been through that day. But in a really different way.
