The oracle gripped her hair and slowly tore it open through its tangles. Her clouded eyes met Zeus's lightening blue ones. She spoke In a rattled voice, "I've foreseen a future with the coming of not a god, but a new Titan hidden from the mortal and god's eyes. Preserved since the beginning, older than time. The Titan resides unawakened In a floating island of ice, touching the surface of the ocean. A frozen cavern of turns and daggers." Her voice carried through the room, slowly meeting Zeus.

Zeus sat at his throne unbothered but thinking. He raked through his mind if the prophecy was even possible. Of course it was worth considering, but he still felt doubt over such a bold statement, a bold prophecy.

Zeus sighed, annoyed by the vagueness of the oracle. One of the many things that irritated Zeus was vagueness. He didn't understand why Oracles couldn't just be straight forward and speak their truth without any riddles. "Is this being awakened yet?" Asked Zeus.

The oracle didn't speak, she simply stood still unmoving. Apollo swallowed hard and stepped forward, ready to answer his father. "Father, the oracle speaks in a way that implies the being hasn't woken yet." He explained, his eyes searching his father's for a sign of reassurance.

"But I assume it's close to awakening." Added Zeus.

Zeus took a deep sigh, unable to come up with a conclusion as to wether the oracle spoke truths or riddled words with different meanings. Zeus honestly couldn't be bothered, a large part of him rejected the idea of a new unawakened Titan still around, a Titan of his father's generation to say the least.

"It sounds like an issue for Poseidon." Groaned Zeus.

"Kiss me." He whispers. "I-I don't know how...I've never done this before." I frantically whisper and tilt my head. My nose slightly brushes against his, and all of my instincts tell me to dive into him with the most passionate kiss I could create. I wanted to be closer, and feel every part of him against me. "Can I kiss you?" He asks through an intoxicating whisper. His lips teasingly hover over mine, and without thinking I finally press my lips against his. His lips matched mine perfectly like a puzzle, and I wrap my arms around his neck to pull him closer. His hands trail up my back, and the euphoric bursts of pleasure take my senses into over drive. He starts to part his lips, and his tongue slowly enters through my lips to play with mine. He tastes of sweet wine, and I feel my hands sliding up to grip his hair. I let out a slight moan into his lips, and my breath grows heavy. We part for a gasp of air before meeting back with more of my muffled moans. A faint thud-like sound catches my attention, and I start to pull away to see what made the sound. My lips retreat, and I take a faint breath before clearing my mind to think logically. As I pull away, his lips simply continue to kiss my chin and down my cheek. Another gasp slips from my lips, and this one echos through the hall. "I..I think...I...I heard something." I whisper as quietly as possible. He lightly pulls away to take a small breath before smiling. "I didn't hear anything. It's nothing." He pushes aside.... During the ancient times of Greece, lives the daughter of Demeter, Persephone. All her life has been sheltered from the mortal and immortal world. Many forget that the goddess of love was born from the raging sea, but she would do anything to protect her daughter. Adora was Aphrodite's last daughter. Her mother kept her hidden. But, her mother isn't the only one who can keep a secret, especially in a world where your role in society is everything. For there was a prophecy long before she was born: 'Aphrodite's last child would be the one to take the throne, Her paternity unknown. They would carve her face and never forget, for she would be the most beautiful that they had met Cursed for the same fate as her mother Forced to leave her love for another The only way she shall break this curse is if she defeats the first' "Looks like the princess doesn't need saving after all." He says, quietly enough that no one else would hear, as he draws his hand away from my arm. I glare back at him. "Maybe she never did," I walk away, not sparing a single glance back, no matter how much my body was begging me to. I fuss over my hair, pouting as I run my fingers through it to put it back into place. *A warning note* I am not an expert on Greek Mythology, but it interests me greatly. Please excuse any inaccuracies in the book, but if there are any please do message or comment it and I will see if I can change it without making such a huge difference to the plot. Also, my main character is autistic and the experience will be different for everyone. I have tried my hardest to put down on paper how I feel and how I believe others see me. So, please be respectful about the decisions my characters make as I have chosen to give them many different types of neurodivergent brains. I have tried my best to represent these in the most accurate light whilst not romanticising them.

The forest was quiet. Too quiet. Somewhere in the deep wilds of Northern California, where the trees whispered old secrets and the stars could still be seen through cracks in the canopy, a god hunted. Artemis moved like moonlight over still water-silent, untouchable, and resolute. The silver glow of her bow shimmered in the darkness, the string drawn taut with celestial bronze. Around her, the leaves barely rustled. Not even the wind dared disturb her hunt. She didn't need to look behind her to know her Hunters flanked her, spread out like ghostly sentinels, their eyes sharp and unblinking. Tonight, they tracked something unnatural-a drakon whose blood had seeped into the soil, turning the roots black and the air bitter. Another horror let loose by Kronos' growing power. But Artemis felt something else in the woods. Something familiar. "Hold," she whispered, and the command rippled through the trees. Every Hunter froze. That was when she heard it-the faint crack of a branch behind her. Not the sound of prey. The sound of someone following. A heartbeat later, the trees parted, and out stumbled a figure she had not seen in nearly a season. Percy Jackson. Soaked, scraped, half-frozen, and bleeding from a cut above his brow. His sword, Riptide, was clutched in his hand like a lifeline. He looked like he'd swum through Tartarus and barely lived to tell about it. "Artemis," he said, voice hoarse. "We need to talk." She didn't lower her bow. She didn't blink. But her eyes-those silver, ancient eyes-narrowed slightly. "You should not be here, son of Poseidon." "I know," Percy said. "But I didn't have a choice."

The Olympians' Quest

14 parts Complete

The Giant war is over and that means peace at last, right? Wrong. Percy comes home one day to find 9 Olympian gods in his living room. Why, you may ask? Well it appears the gods don't learn from their mistakes as these nine have lost their symbols of power. Zeus' bolt, Hades' helm, Poseidon's trident, Athena's shield Aegis, Aphrodite's mirror, Artemis's hunting knives, Apollo's lyre, Hermes's caduceus and Ares's shield. Percy has been 'voluntold' to take on this quest. Here's the catch: the deities must join him on his journey, for every moment that passes without their symbols, they grow weaker. What starts as an innocent (and supposedly easy) quest, takes a surprising turn as some of Percy's secrets are uncovered. A tale of family, secrets, and an 'out with the old, in with the new' plot twist, read to find out just what Perseus Jackson, son of Poseidon and Hero of Olympus is hiding. P.S. Since when does Hestia smile slyly? Read to find out ;) Started: June 27th 2020 Completed: TBD Best rankings: #1 🥇~ Aphrodite #3 🥉~ Ares #2 🥈~ Percy Jackson #2 🥈~ Hades #3 🥉~ secret sister #1 🥇~ Percy Jackson #1 🥇~ Hades #1 🥇~ Quest #1 🥇~ family bonding Rated T in case of language.
