Lena must be the worst Aquarius in the history of the Zodiac race. Her sixteenth birthday has passed and she still doesn't have any of the Zodiac powers required to be a Class A citizen. On the final day of the school year, her teacher gives her an ultimatum: find a way to awaken her powers before the end of the summer holidays or get expelled from Frost High.
Then she finds a mysterious Gemini at her door with an invitation to the newly founded Dragon Academy. The Headmistress is nobody but the Zodiac Queen.
