I didn't even get to finish my sentence. I heard a gunshot and Grandma's screams. I threw my phone and cuddled up onto my bed. I tried to calm myself saying it was all going to be alright. I then inhaled and exhaled shakily. Then I walked over to the phone and picked it up. "Gr-Grandma?" I asked in a hoarse whisper. I heard breathing at the other line an then an unknown voice, "We're coming for you next."

Ryan's cheerful whistling echoes throughout the hallway as we emerge in the cafeteria and a small hush settles over everyone. Ryan grabs a tray and then leads us to a table in the corner of the room.
