Hi
I am a person who struggles with depression and anxiety. With inspiration from the musical/novel Dear Evan Hansen, I have decided to write myself letters. So here, if you are needing to be found, maybe you can be found in my words. I'm trying to find myself, even with the help of my friends.

"Dear Evan Hansen" is a musical and novel about a high school senior who suffers from severe anxiety and, secretly, depression. When classmate Connor Murphy steals a letter Evan writes to himself as an assignment for his therapist and then proceeds to kill himself, his parents mistake it for a suicide note. Evan is now faced with the challenge of keeping his secret private and trying to help the Murphys. In "Another World," Evan's letter is different, failing to mention Connor's sister and Evan's crush, Zoe. Instead of getting mad, Connor recognizes that Evan, like himself, is suffering from depression. Now the story takes a different turn, and an unlikely friendship comes into being.

Evan Hansen was always nervous, and wouldn't stop freaking out over the smallest things. When these two characters lives collide, literally, how will their company change the other? Can each character save themselves and the other? Note: This is an AU, in the musical version Connor is not good friends with Evan while in this version he is (due to the events that transpired in this fanfiction), so while I ship treebros in the AU context this is not the original musical, you can make your own opinion after watching the original. Note 2: There will be cussing, I don't personally enjoy cussing (nor do I do it IRL) so I'll try to keep it at a minimum for those that are uncomfortable with it [DISCONTINUED]
