Sooooooo...... this story is about twins, Israel and Izzy King, and their kinks. They are both 14 and have been practicing their powers with their abusive father that teaches them how to control and perfect the unique techniques (when he's sober). They go to a regular public school in which they take classes on honing their powers with the other students. They hate their fathers "private classes" as he would yell angrily and make them do excessive training until they throw up their lunch. Their mom works all day and argues with their dad all night. This horrific cycle has been routine for Israel as he protects his younger sister (younger by a few hours) from their dad's rage.
