After a night of drinking with hated coworkers, waking up next to her celebrity crush was not what Gina had in mind. She didn't even remember seeing him at the bar. She can't remember anything from the night before. Patrick Stump, on the other hand, slowly remembers everything. Both are awkward at first but start falling for each other.
Patrick never meant to fall for this mysterious girl. Not only did he know nothing about Gina, but he also has a girlfriend, Vanessa, of two years. A woman who chronically cheats and emotionally abuses him. As for Gina, she is trying to move past recent trauma from work.
Together, they break free from their abusive pasts and try to heal each other. All in three days.

"Tell me so I can help you with this. I want you to be happy. Who is it?" "You." Pete looked at me and moved a little closer. "Are you serious?" He asked silently. "Yeah." I muttered. He moved my dirty blonde hair out of my face. "I like you too." He mumbled. Pete closed the space between us. He kissed me with his super soft lips. I kissed back instantly. [EDIT: THERE IS A REWRITTEN/REVISED VERSION OF THIS FANFIC ON MY ACCOUNT! BE SURE TO CHECK THAT OUT TOO!] Patrick Stump has recently transferred to yet another new high school as his father continues to search for work. Due to loss of a family member back when he was very young, Patrick had become mute and hardly spoke for himself, thus causing a lack of friendship and a social life. At this school it affects him greatly as he faces the vulgar lashes of many people. But then Patrick meets Pete Wentz, an extremely well-known socialite with a rough attitude. But underneath those layers of being socially aware, Pete is also very caring, this demeanor masked by his popularity. Upon the first day of meeting Patrick, Pete immediately sets his mind on urging him out of his cracking shell, and perhaps being flanked by deeper emotion held for the silent, short boy. edit (10/31/2020): please note that i wrote this in SIXTH GRADE!!! as of rn i am a senior in high school lmao so i apologize bc this fic is rlly uh...full of not-so-great writing and me not understanding how shit worksComplete
