Castiel is the son of a professor, who each year has one of his students stay the summer in their home in Italy, to revise a new book manuscript and help with academic paperwork. Castiel is used to this tradition, you could even say he resents it. Yet, there's something intriguing about the new guest. Dean Winchester is 24 year old doctoral student, who is working as his fathers new summer intern. Dean is an outgoing, extrovert compared to Castiel's introverted and intelligent personality. Castiel finds it hard to find things in common with Dean but as the summer goes on, Castiel and Dean's relationship blossoms into something they'll both remember for the rest of their lives.
