Hey everyone! This was meant to be just a short backstory for my D&D pirate character but I ended up developing a whole story... whoops. This is going to be a slow update story as I don't have much time to edit but eventually it will be done!

Riya has had her fair share of torment after being adopted to a lord of the town and eventually when a fire kills her family she realizes just how much she hated it there. Where will her love for adventure and longing for a real family take her? And what will happen when a stranger with a loud mouth and a large reptilian beast appears on her floating heap of wood?All Rights Reserved

But then the elf he rescued in the forest grows closer to Legolas, and Thranduil can not help but enjoy her company as well. Darkness descends over the forest, all because of this one elf. When lives are threatened, Thranduil must make a choice: his kingdom or his heart. 12/14/21- y'all I wrote this in high school and I kinda want to go through it again and do a bunch of editing. Some of my writing makes me cringe and what are we here for if not improvement. That being said, this story will change starting today probably and if you're in the middle of it, hopefully I don't confuse details or timelines for you. If you've already read it once and just felt like you had to read it again, maybe it will provide some new enjoyment. Who knows? Maybe I'll actually finish some other stuff I have on here.
