Initially I was afraid of entering kitchen since whenever I entered it, some or the other disaster used to happen. XD

But now that I am actually making an attempt at learning this skill of cooking, I can say that it amazes me how some miscellaneous products end up together and bring out an amazingly mouth watering food. :D

But there is one problem that I face, and that is my poor memory. I might make an amazing food item today but I might not remember how I made it tomorrow. (That has happened with me, trust me.)

So here I am, trying to write whatever I am learning in kitchen for future reference (no matter how easy it is.)

P.S. This book will mostly contain basic Indian food as I am still at beginner level and it is just an attempt to be a good student (and an attempt to impress my mother, no matter how impossible that seems.. LOL)
