Tyler Joseph is the new therapist at the House de Periculo Adolescentia, the house of dangerous children, or mutants as they are more commonly known, but the word house doesn't quite fit, it's more like a prison. The 'House' used to be home to over 200 children but now, only 11 remain. Tyler soon learns that he might be the only member of staff that doesn't hate the children as he finds out about the things really going on inside the walls. Can he help those 11 children?

Tyler is convicted of a crime that he doesn't believe that he did, and the weirdest part, that no one will tell him what it is. All he knows is that earlier that day, he was with Josh in their woods, the woods that held their tree house, and now he was in a jailhouse wearing an orange jumpsuit and blood on his hands. He befriends a boy with honestly way too much eyeliner, a quiet boy who was in an illegal relationship with another officer, and more boys who have done awful things that Tyler would never dream of doing. There's one thing that's not right, however - Josh is missing. And Tyler can't find him. Until one faithful day, he turns up. And then he just disappears. [Trigger warning: self harm, suicidal thoughts, schizophrenia, etc.]
