This book is for those who need tips on how to care for yourself while dealing with or recovering from depression, anxiety, or anything similar. I have been through a lot, and want to share the lessons I've learned along with my mistakes. I would also greatly appreciate others to share their stories with me so I can try and write about the lessons you've learned. I'm still working through a lot, myself. I'll try to post a chapter every Sunday, but of course, Post-depression makes me lazy without an excuse. Correct me if I'm wrong in these chapters. This is all based on self experience unless otherwise stated.
