DAVID GILBERT a middle-aged accountant is struggling to get his life back following the death of his wife, and the loss of his job. He obtains a last chance position with highly respected national charity, the recipient of a large government contract to provide an Emergency Response service In the first hour, he meets embittered GORDON JACKSON, acting CEO, who has recently learned he would not get the permanent CEO position. There is instant antipathy between them. Jackson's secret partner is Jake Bodine a crooked businessman who he provides with pornographic photographs; and they are manipulating The Charity into a multi-million gaming machine scam. The new CEO is STUART MITCHELL a retired army officer, who arrives via the old boy network. Jackson openly despises him. Mitchell enters into a sexual liaison with the Charity's Chairperson, the wife of a millionaire benefactor. Gilbert and Jackson are regularly in conflict; Gilbert is suspicious of his criminal activities. Resenting interference, Jackson attempts to run him down one night, but Lawyer BARBARA GALBRAITH'S warning saves him. Galbraith helps Gilbert investigate Jackson's criminal activities, and they eventually fall in love. Carol, one of Jackson's pornographic models commits suicide leaving a note implicating him. Another model attempts blackmail. Jackson kills her and hides the body. Mitchell awards a valuable PR contract to his brother-in-law, who doctors the report to show an enhanced operating performance. This is uncovered in a public TV/Radio interview, exposing The Charity to national scorn and disrepute. Gilbert gives the police evidence implicating Jackson in the deaths of the girls and the gaming machine fraud. The police go to pick Jackson up but he and Mitchell are driving through the hills to a conference. After a thrilling car chase there is a shocking conclusion.

What if "The Grey's Family", was not the picture perfect family. What if the father was a gang leader and ran a very dangerous criminal organization, who ruled over his family with an iron fist. Christian Grey wanted out of the family criminal business and started up his own successful billion dollar company completely legit. His father let him be until recently needed him to marry the daughter of a rival gang. What will happen when in an effort to dodge his father, he meets the woman of his dreams claiming her as his without her even knowing, forces Jazmyn Steele who had problems of her own raising her brother's daughter, into a supposably fake marriage. There is also the new company he just brought that is not as legit as he thinks. There are still the other regular characters of the Fifty Shades of Grey including Mia Grey who has been keeping a big secret from her family. What will her father do when he finds out? This is another one of my Christian Grey stories, but many different character development. One thing that is the same is our Christian Grey still being into BDSM, but his submissive is someone new but at the same time an original character, who is she? Many surprises that will be revealed but only can be found out if you read the story. ⚠️ This story does include steamy scenes and explicit language also a very controlling, possessive ruthless Christian Grey so if your not into that type of thing this is not the story for you. IT IS A STORY BASE OF MY OWN BUT CHARACTERS ARE FROM THE TALENTED EL JAMES Completed May 29, 2022
