With the last shred of hope she has to try to raise her younger brother and sister, juggle the payments of supporting a house, and taking on all the responsibilities of a mother only at the age of sixteen, watch as Shaylyn's life is thrown in all different directions and her grip on it loosen and loosen until finally it all comes crashing down.
