"Will?" I ask when we finally stop running, and he hails a taxi. "Where are we going?"

He glances back at me, looking utterly terrified. "I'll explain what that just was, on the way. Luce, please just get in the cab, and I promise that I'll explain."

Lucia Jaimee Hanson has a strange life.
