Aurora was that girl who thought she had her whole life planned out. One where she would get good grades and maybe get a scholarship to college. She wanted a boyfriend who would hold her at night and whisper sweet nothings in her ear even when they were at their lowest point. Aurora wanted to grow old with that young man and have grandchildren to watch as they sit on the porch in their rocking chairs. She could have it all if she tried, but then it changed. All of her dreams were crushed in a split second as rubber was burnt on the frozen roads. The day Aurora's life changed, but maybe it was for the better.
