It's finally summer. The last summer before a new start, the summer after high school and before college. Rose Roberts thought that it would be a wonderful time to make everlasting moments with her high school sweetheart, Jesse McCalman, before they depart for college. That was all ruined when she caught him liplocking with a tourist. 

She doesn't want to endure the pain of getting her heart broken again so she vows off intimate relationships over the summer. She plans on spending her time with just her family and friends.
