A short while after his birth, baby Naruto was taken away by Minato and brought to Konohagakure. Minato and kushina kept him as a child after finding out that kushina could not have children. Minato lies about taking. Instead of taking Naruto away from his brother Deidara and instead tells kushina he found him at an orphanage.
Due to kushina still having the Kyuubi both her and Minato are alive and the Uchiha were never convicted of controlling the Kyuubi, thus the Uchiha massacre never happened. This story starts when Naruto is taking the genin exams, though there will be flashbacks.
