HELP!! I FORGOT THE TITLE OF THIS BOOK!!

This girl gets a job at a diner I believe and the boss' son is named Ben. They hit it off but unfortunately they went no further than friends. The story she meets this guy and they're into each other but they don't act on it, but later in the story they make a bet. They make a bet about whoever can get with the most people wins, but then the girl gets into an abusive relationship with this guy and he forbids her from seeing the guy that she made a bet with. After many abusive nights, she runs to the guy that she actually has feelings for and he cares for her.
Here's a part from the story I remember really well:
So Ben is wiping the counter and the girl said "seduce me with your wiping" and there's an older man sitting her. He laughs with them and they joke about it from time to time.
