Hey everybody, welcome to Volume 2 of "The Troubled Soul". I just want to thank all the people who read my story. I honestly love making this story and I love it even more when people read and like it. Joshua Aaron Amory, or Josh for short, also known as, "The Last Phenomenon". Powers and energy that people can only dream of having courses through him. The emotions of a little boy can be dangerous to any parent...but how dangerous can that boy be, if he's Josh? A boy who has enough power and energy to destroy an entire city. Powers and energy controlled by the emotions of a little boy who has been through more than any child should.

Will he ever be able to fully control his powers...or will he be the key to destruction? Will those who he counts as friends, as family, stick and fight by his side for every danger thrown at them? But, what happens...when The Descended start working on a new machine, a robot, specifically designed to destroy Josh? What will happen? Will he win the fight, again?

Or will this be the first fight he cannot win? Will Josh be strong enough to defend his friends, his family, his home...or will he fail? Will he stay the innocent, pure, nice, caring, kind-hearted, and good kid he is...or will he be forced to be something much worse than The Descended? Hi! I got this idea really randomly and just decided to write this book. It's a little different from the actual show, and there are definitely certain themes which make the story line a bit more graphic so viewer discretion is advised; definitely a spicer version of the Netflix show if you get what I mean. Just want to preface it by saying that there will be some triggers, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to catch them all because I've only lightly edited this (so if there are some minor plot holes just ignore them LOL), but the main ones will be sexual assault, suicide, physical/verbal abuse, and mental illness. Once upon a time, there was a young boy who experienced constant pain. The only person who truly stayed by his side was Kallie, his sister. She was his everything. His life, his family, his best friend...his world. Then humanity had to take her away and wreck his perfect, peaceful life. As if it was not enough humans were the source of all his pain and suffering he experienced throughout his life, and the reason for all his scars and symbols, they took away the only person he cared about. Well, enough was enough. He tried leaving humanity alone. He tried living a peaceful life away from all the fighting. It was all he wanted; to live a peaceful life with his sister, but humanity would not allow him that. So, if battling was the only thing humans throughout history understood, then he would bring them a war. So now, he has a new goal. Peace treaties are made between humans but they never last. War, however, forces the loser to obey no matter what for however long the winner decides. If humanity-the entire world-only submitted to the strongest then he would dominate them all. Only he would be the strongest, allowing no other person to even come close to his power. He would burn the world down to its very foundation, eradicating everyone who stands in his way, and rebuild it anew. The new world would be transformed into what he could never have. A fair and just world, devoid of all sins, where everyone can live a peaceful life without the constant worry of what could hurt them next. New laws will be placed while the old ones are removed. All evil will be purged from the world. Any who stand in his way will be turned to ash to help build his world. If the world wanted him to be evil so badly...then he would be a malicious tyrant that rules not with an iron fist, but a diamond one. Of course, there will be many who will fight back. However, there is only one person who even has a chance at winning...and she only cares about her little sunshine.

All he wants...well, let's not give too much information away now. You'll just have to read the story to know the answers. But Josh is good-hearted, innocent, sweet, cute, adorable, and all around the purist of good-hearted people...or is he? To find the answers you seek, you will have to read the story to find out. I will also do my own art for this story when I can, but I don't own any of the videos or pictures unless I say I own it.
