a Stardew Valley fan fiction: The Proper Care and Feeding of Souls
So, I wrote this for myself, not expecting anyone else would ever read it. I needed it, so I wrote it. When I was done I figured maybe someone else might need it, too, so here it is. The beginning might feel heavy or boring, but please hang in there because just like life - the good stuff comes out of the dark stuff. Grace vowed to herself that she would rid herself of the broken, predictable life she had somehow fallen into and in its place, she would create a new life, one that truly fed her wanting soul. Reeling from an unthinkable experience, Grace moves to Stardew Valley, intent on recapturing the magic of her childhood. Instead, she finds herself on a ramshackle farm, void of childhood memories.
