"A queen is authentic, not because she says so, but because she is." If y'all don't know who said that, look it up. My mother never let me forget it. It was always just my mother and I. Daddy won't around. He showed maybe 2 or 3 times, that was before he died. I was grateful because believe it or not when he was around and stable, I was a true daddy's girl. I wish things were different. I still can't believe it. Back then, he had his own problems and my mother didn't want me around it. Everything wasn't always easy for my mother. She was a single mother. I admit, at the age around 11, I gave my mother a hard time as a child. I didn't get a chance to apologize.
Now. I'm 18 years young. Living in my darkest hours.

My whole situation is different. This is my story. My truth.
