My honest, pure vulnerability is this book can be extremely graphic and extremely upsetting. I want to try to make light of my years of depression by trying to explain them the way i haven't before. I no longer struggle at all with depression, and am happier than I've ever been in my life. Please do not worry about me, i have healed.
