Some men don't like to man up and swallow their pride... it's a shame really because when a person is vulnerable and lets out their emotions, i believe that is when you truly know that person, common sense really isn't it??? or maybe not for some people.... ahh well, i hope you enjoyed it. These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem. In a way, it helps me express what I have in my mind in a very vague way. I'm not that kind of a direct person, but there are things that are sometimes, better to kept secret. Here, these poems are what I wanted to say to my friends, to other important people, to people in general, to the world around me, to life and each detail it possesses. Each poem has a central theme, and around that revolves a certain story that I want to impart, something too delicate to be expressed directly, something too complicated. Here, I want to share who I am. That's ... probably all ... that I need to say.

There’s a lot I would like to say to you, but I’m afraid I’m not good with words, or with this language foreign to my tongue. My tongue knows not the poetic proverbs one could belt out, or the sounds you make and understand. It barely knows this language, the language of love. My heart hammers on my rib cage and sometimes forgets its function. It’s new at this, please be lenient. It can’t beat steadily when you smile like that, so please don’t. It can’t remember to beat at all when you take my hand, so please warn it before you do. My heart would be really, really happy to see you happy and safe every day. If it is possible, I would like to remain like this, where we are friends and it’s okay to laugh with you. I’ll try not to make you feel upset or uncomfortable. Forgive my heart, it’s new to this.

It's just a bunch of songs I wrote when I was feeling mad or sad or extremely happy and motivated. Their just a bunch of lyrics formed from my emotions. I mean I was trying to figure out how to express myself so I started using rhymes to begin with. I mean some songs don't only have rhymes but most of my songs are rhymes with 4 or 6 lines and their all original works of mine so don't bother trying to steal them or anything. Also this is an add on I've started writing journal entries in here as well and I may put my two books together. My 'Ange's Journal', and 'Hidden Feelings' together. I don't know why, it's just a spur of the moment thing and a feeling I had. These are all my experiences and thoughts I've had but never said out loud. But if you don't like it or are offended by what I say your doing something wrong in life. But I guess it's also me just letting everything out and telling my story in an unorganized way, you know.
