Life doesn't have a rule book. But it has unsaid rules, some even tips. In no particular order, here are the rules that I feel have deep meanings (sometimes...) behind them. Especially for me. Infinite Love: A Diary of Remembrance
Content warning: There are sections of writing in this book which contain references to suicidal ideation, self-harm, hallucinations and delusions both psychotic and neurotic. The writing within this book is the direct writing from my day-to-day diary that had been kept from 6 January, 2020 until May 24, 2020. Serendipitously, I was in the middle of a great struggle when I first began writing in it, and it eventually became too much to bear. There was inevitably a so-called awakening, which gave me the very simple knowing of who I am (and who you are) and which allowed me to deepen within myself through this knowing. It was a stillness that was such an obvious thing in my existence that it had always been subconsciously overlooked as unimportant. It isn't satisfying to the mind to just be, but it is infinitely satisfying to the being to just be. Nothing is missing and nothing needs to be found. This is the simplicity of the still, non-phenomenal being which is in fact yourself and myself, as one Self. This book is something which came out of that stillness, and held within it is an attempt to point towards whatever this is that I have discovered as myself. I do hope that you find it somewhat enjoyable and perhaps learn a thing or two about yourself. Thank you.Complete

You don't need a therapist.You just needs someone who have the same attitude as you are.So you don't feel like you are the only one that feel this way. Since this pandemic I have too much time with myself which is not good for me because it started to make me an over thinking person and think about everything in this life. To be honest, I write this book because I want to know if there is someone who feel the way that I feel.So I don't feel that I am weird and need to see the therapist. Sometimes life don't go the way we planned. Sometimes we end up feeling so low, and alone. Like we're in a dark hole with no one around us, but then suddenly there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Life goes on. I'm no longer the same person as before. For what's worth, I did it all myself with no help. I'm a well-known therapist now. The hardest part is to keep my distance from my clients, but I try to hold my bearings. Children always remind me of myself in my younger years. I had been so naïve, especially with boys. Luckily, I received enough attention without getting attached to someone. I'm happy now, but my world comes crashing down when he made his appearance again.
