Joey is Rory's twin sister. With a little power on her mind, she grew up being a doted kid, but besides that, she always felt the second one behind Rory.
They said she could take care of herself. Everyone always on Rory , taking her to school, being proud of her whenever she got a good grade, while she just simply didn't had those things. And besides, the boys were attracted to her sister never her, and her mother claiming it was because boy's were intimidated bout here brains, besides not really having her own friends, or ever meeting people her age.
She still loves her sister with all her heart.
But maybe the tables will turn with the new boy in town. Just maybe, she hopes.
