Dan experienced the torture and horror from one man who managed to destroy the rest of his life. The man whom Dan feared for a period of two years. Yes, Dan managed to escape this nightmare. He was able to carry on with his life. He fell in love, he got married, he had children, he had the normal life. Most of all he still had the nightmares, considering you can't change the past.
But what's the point of waking up from a nightmare, if the reality is worse?

They always say, loving someone would turn your life upside down in a good way but I believed that it's the opposite of good, and guess what? I was right. Love was always out of my mind.
