Just like she had hurt him by denying her love for him. "I'm sorry, Daniel," she whispered as he began to wrap his arms around her. It gave her no comfort. No peace. False hope because in the end no matter how hard she tried, the fate in store for her sister wouldn't be stopped by the hope that maybe tomorrow would be a better day. Deep down she loved him. Whether he still loved her or not she loved him. Looking up at him with sad eyes she said, "I could never hate you." Dad cleared his throat, looked down at his hands, and then to me, "Which means, we're moving," he said. I still don't get it. So I looked to Mom for a clue, but she remained unreadable. Elsa appeared excited by this news. Dad looked to me. "Easton, what do you think about that?" he asked, but I don't want to tell him how confused I am. So instead I ask, "When," thinking whatever it is must be happening soon. "Well, we are planning on renting the house to get a little income for it, so we need to look for renters. Your mother and I already found a new house for us to live in." There it is, the explanation. We're getting a new house, like an upgrade, but why? What's wrong with the house we have now?" I'm putting together the dates and we should be seeing potential renters soon. Uncle Rob's bringing by a For Rent sign tomorrow, so I need you two to clean up your rooms." - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "Well they want me to start next month, but they are forwarding my pay, so I'll have the money in advance. And here's where the other bit comes in," she told us. For some reason my eyes move from her animated face and I just watch her hands as she explains that with this job means more money, so we will be moving. "Where?" Luke and Damien said in unison. "Well, I've been in contact with this guy, who owns a house that was recently put on the market. He wants to rent it and it's really cheap." "Mom, we need details," Damien exclaimed, getting just as excited as Mom. "Okay, then get in the car and I'll show you our new house!" So we did.

The Summer Of My Life

19 parts Complete

A lot had changed in Nor's life over the last two years. Her twin brother grew way too much into a man, making her unsuited to be his test driver any longer because of her slender, female figure. She was on her way to her last year of school, and for the first time, she went to school with the knowledge of staying there without having to leave again for Yanic's races until she would graduate. And then, there was her Granny, who, to Nor's amusement, suddenly felt the need to get her grandchild into horses again, and what Granny wanted, Granny usually got. So Nor found herself boarding a bus at the beginning of August to live on a stud for the last six weeks of her summer holidays with lots of other girls. And what looked like a total waste of time turned out to be the best summer of her life.
